Is it better to go Warrior or Cinderhulk on Hecarim?

Been trying him out a bit, and wasn't sure what's the best route for him. I realize he scales really well with warrior, however cinder would work well as he likes to just sit on people. I know the more offensive Hecarim has been popular because of him being played top, but you generally aren't going to get as much gold as a jungler unless you go super ham.

Also side note, do you guys usually go 9-21 or 21-9?

It usually depends on the situation. Hecarim, in my experience, snowballs pretty damn well if he gets rolling (running, I guess), so if you for example are fed early and have the gold to provide for yourself, that's a good opportunity for warrior.

I prefer Tanky Fighters for their reliability myself, though.

Jungle Hecarim, I go 0-21-9, get warrior and iceborn in to tanky.

I would only go cinderhulk if my team severely needed tankiness and the enemy had no percent health damage. I'd also need to go Trinity Force as my sole offensive item then (with TF Hecarim can do reasonable damage, iceborn alone isn't enough).

As someone who's played a ton of Hecarim, I would say the answer to that lays in your play-style. Warrior makes you a much more potent force both early and late, but cinderhulk is good if you just want to go super-tank.

I always get Cinderhulk. Tried Warrior, just too squishy early game. With cinderhulk I can directly rush Triforce.

go cinderhulk ----> trinity force. ---> more tanky stuff
