Wukong main since early Season 3 here.
I'll be frank. Wukong top lane isn't something you first pick. He just has too open hard counters. I wouldn't be surprised if Nasus picked that champ because he saw you pick Wukong top. There are a good number of champions you can pick to shut down Nasus. Wukong is not one of them.
- Nasus' has shit retarded sustain early on for free. You either force him out of lane completely, or he going to farm his health back up and keep stacking.
- Granted, you have strong early burst as Wukong, but it's not strong enough that he can't just sustain through it
- He's going to rush armor/hp. Once he gets it, trying to bully him just became a waste a time.
So here's how the lane goes.
Level 1, he's going to last hit with his Q. You can start E, but that'll shove the lane and you'll take some minion damage trying to fight him. Not worth. You can start Q and smack him, but he'll just ignore the damage and you'll prob still take some minion dmg and maybe an auto in return. Still kinda eh.
Level 2 you can Q-E or E-Q him and get off some strong burst. Sounds sweet, huh? Except, he can take wither level 2 and punish you a bit in return. You'll also take minion damage since you had to inside his wave to hit him in the first place. On top of that, your E still shoves the wave, and his minions stopped to aggro you while Nasus is too far from your minions to aggro them, so now the wave is shoving in his favor and pretty soon he'll be farming under turret while you're overextended with only your trinket to ward.
Level 3-5, you realize that trying to poke him down is sucking up your mana like an stereotypical Otaku doing laps in gym class while he only needs 20 farm to stack his Q, and maybe a little more to wither you. With his innate sustain, I can almost guarantee you're going to run out of mana before he runs out of health.
Level 6 you have your ult, so you can all in him and win right? Except your ult is more sustained damage than burst, and his ult gives him a free giant's belt. He survives it, withers you, and walks away. TP's back and goes right back to farming.
Okay, now let's say took ignite over TP and you do manage to kill him early. All he does is TP right back into lane, and continue farming and now you can't do anything because you just threw everything at him and have to recall first. By the time you get back, he's close to caught up.
Once he gets his glacial shroud and some hp, you might as well be flicking paper footballs at your teacher's car. There's nothing much you can do to stop him.
Let's say you come out of lane ahead. What are going to do? Roam? Every time you leave lane, he's going to be bigger by the time you get back. The 35 seconds it took you to roam mid and back is 35 seconds he got to free farm. The minute or so it took you to help secure drag is a minute he used to free farm and take your turret.
Even if you win lane as Wukong, you can't win it hard enough to shut him down in any meaningful way, so he's going to get big and he's going to be a problem. Your only hope is to abuse your strong team fight % roaming potential and look to end the game before he saves up enough stacks to purchase his pimp cane. The only thing worse than fed Wukong running through your team is Fully stacked tank Nasus 1v5'ing and 3 shotting your turrets.
tl;dr Abuse teamfight/roaming potential and look to end before late game. Max Q in lane (lower cd, more immediate dmg, easier to poke with, less mana intensive than E), take ignite to bully early or tp to make plays elsewhere on the map, and try to freeze lane and beg jungler/mid to help you train the doge before he runs rampant.
Otherwise, learn Darius.
