Leblanc support working way to well?

3 lvl Leblanc with decent poke, high mobility, and a slow/stun can easily get any adc that can just right click fed early. She can dodge all the common "meta" supports with skillshots by W'ing away or even W'ing towards the enemy adc landing an E to force a flash or do some serious poke with a follow up or even pick up a kill then return to safety as if nothing happened.

I'm not even good at Leblanc yet i had my adc 6/2 early game causing a snowball for other lanes and ending up making us around 16k gold ahead of their team.
