A Barrier Buff

So barrier is an extremely under used Summoner Spell because of just how much better Heal, Ghost, and Cleanse is. Even though it give a larger shield than the amount recovered from Heal, Heal still gives the MS buff and to another ally as well. So what if we gave Barrier an additional effect along the lines of "Increase your Armor and MR by a flat amount for X amount of seconds" or "Reduce all incoming damage for X amount of seconds "
