Possible fix for Yasuo (Removing Tank Yasuo as well)

With this mainly targets his passive,

  • INTENT: Yasuo's critical strike chance is doubled, but his critical strikes deal 90% damage, reduced to 75% damage on Steel Tempest

By removing it entirely and replacing it with a new stat that is being introduced with the Assassin Rework and that is Lethality.

  • NEW PASSIVE: Yasuo's critical strikes grant Yasuo bonus Lethality based on bonus attack damage for the next 5 seconds

What this does is stop Yasuo from building 2 crit items then rushing tank and dealing massive amounts of damage while having 3000+ hp and 100-150 armor/magic resist and dashing all over the place as well as blocking any projectile he thinks doesn't need to happen. Thats overloaded with little counter-play and even with his ult changes. Yasuo is given free damage without having to do anything at all and it makes him because incredibly strong with just 2 items and adc's have to have 4 just to get the same crit chance, thats almost 5000 in gold for free in just the first 2 items he gets and the first item he gets is around 12 minutes in if not sooner. Thats a huge difference and a huge problem regardless of elo.

Now the reason I believe the new passive with **Lethality ** would fix and wouldn't be overloaded or too powerful is because **Lethality ** already scales based on your opponents level meaning that it already limits itself and the way the passive would calculate how much Lethality you could actually get would be:

L = Level, P = Lethality, D = Amount of AD needed to get full Lethality(P)

L - P - D 1 - 2 - 25 2 - 4 - 55 3 - 6 - 75 4 - 8 - 95 5 - 10 - 115 6 - 12 - 145 7 - 14 - 175 8 - 16 - 200 9 - 18 - 225 10 - 20 - 275 11 - 22 - 300 12 - 24 - 315 13 - 26 -335 14 - 28 -355 15 - 30 -365 16 - 32 -375 17 - 34 -390 18 - 36 - 400

If you do not have the full amount of AD equal to your level then you will only get the amount of Lethality your AD lets your have.

EX: If you have 275 AD but level 14 then you will only receive 20 Lethality not 28

Now these numbers can or may need to be changed to once everyone starts to get an idea of how impactful Lethality is and what a balanced amount would be but this is just an idea or base for it in this situation.
