"I can't gank your lane because you pushed to their tower"

Actually you can. It's called a lane gank. Just walk into the side brushes and wait for the enemy to push just a little bit. It is actually easier to have a successful lane gank than a nomal gank. You can lane gank both top and bot lane (sadly not mid lane).

What they mean is "I can't gank your lane because you are keeping it pushed up to tower". Unless they are a good tower diving jungler, they can't lane gank unless the lane actually backs off at some point, and a lot of times, they don't.

As a jungle main I have to say that's idiotic. I only lane gank bot because of the big payoff of a double kill. Not gonna lane gank any other lane because the payoff is way too little for the risk.

You can't gank when they wave is close to their tower. It is way to easy for them to get under turret without even using a summoners. It is a waste of the junglers time to attempt it. Just learn to freeze the lane or have it push to you. Then you will have a happy jungler ganking your lane.

This is only if the laner actually stops pushing at tower. If they push to tower, and keep pushing, we can't gank. We can try asking you to fall back a little to do a lane gank, but if you keep pushing we can't do anything.

Bounce wave off of tower. Or your jungler can go from the back and dive him if you are strong enough.

This is a very poor concept for topic. As a former jungle main, and now I top main, I've been there for both of these sides. First off, why lane gank top? sure, you can maybe get a kill, or a flash, but you also have to realize that it will take AT MINIMUM 45 seconds for the lane to reset far enough to get an effective gank. in 45 seconds, I could do 2-3 jungle camps, equaling close to 200 gold. So unless the jungler gets the kill, it's very inefficient for him. If you just want pressure, then literally just have the jungler walk up to the lane, where the enemy can plainly see him, and make him worry about a dive, and force him to back off, but dont actually dive. Instead he can help you get damage on their turret. Now, as for the top lane perspective. Yeah, come lane gank me, I would appreciate it. BUT I also know it's a HUGE inconvenience for you, and in solo que it's a very small chance of a pay off. But while you're here, to try and lane gank, I'm mot likely going to miss cs to try and avoid keeping it pushed, and while you're here you're going to be leeching exp off of me, so it actually hurts me if we dont get something. Also, if their top laner is any good at all, he will notice that youre trying to reset the wave suddenly after pushing him in so hard, and will think to himself, "hmm, hes trying to reset it after pushing me in for 4 minutes straight....somethings up"

Sorry, I am not going to gank a lane where you wasted 40 seconds of my jungling time, seeing you pushing their ass up to their tower, & wasting a moment where I have like 20% chance of burning their Flash since they're still kind of close to their turret when you let him push.
