With DFG your kill pressure on bruisers gets much higher. And its a bit more CDR for your spells, which Annie really does need to get her stun up as much as possible
Space Bum1 votesLike I said, Build accordingly. Boots are situational but NT is better vs most traditional top laners. I may build DFG if I'm fed but I would tend to prefer Abyssal for the mr bump. my main goal is to be unkillable, allowing you to not flash, but walk in and tibbers/W without fear of getting blown up.
Every champ would love 40%cdr but her cool downs are not that bad and the lane is not going to let you hold stun for when you need it. Most of the time you will not be at zero stacks so if you have all abilities up you will get a stun in your combo.
