Rune Page/Masteries/Item Sets Questions

I would like to thank Riot for making Rune Pages cheap and affordable to all players. sarcasm

But seriously, I have 6 Rune pages (I know, I'm not a millionaire when it comes to IP. I can't afford everything I'd like..) and I have been attempting to rework my Masteries, Rune Pages, and Item Sets to revolve around 3 Champions for each Lane. My goal is to be good with Champions that can fit my playstyle and make picking in Ranked easier. I have all 20 Mastery Pages used, but I reworked important ones to match the Champions I selected for each Lane. I have also made Preset Item Sets for each Champion to base their build around, but leave room for making changes according to the enemy team during the match.

But, I only have 6 Rune Pages (Yes, we are back here again). I have 14 Champions (1 Champion is usable in 2 Lanes) And they each require their own Rune Pages. How do I average out (I guess) the Rune Pages for a position since I'm limited?

Here is a list of Champions in their respective roles: (Keep in mind, I picked these based on my knowledge of how to play them, as well because some are all I have for certain Lanes)

I have Masteries and Item Sets ready to go. I just need to even out the Average for each Positions in Rune Pages because I need 6300 IP per page. It takes too long to get the IP I need to get more pages, let alone the proper Runes. I've amassed what I could, so your insight would be much appreciated! Thank you for helping me grow at League!
