When riot doesn't change champs, they don't do it because they don't feel like it, they don't do it for a reason.

She was strong and an early-game lane bully at one point. Problem is, power creep introduced FAR better lane bullies who surpass her in bot lane. Back when mixed damage champs were strong BECAUSE of their mixed damage, her abilities made more sense. She was hard to itemize against. But now, building armor pen or magic pen is not only much, much stronger expected but in a lot of cases... mandatory. MF lost her bite and hasn't been given a buff to keep her with the times. Not that we really NEED another generic adc kit with the standard "Poke skill, escape skill, weak CC skill, steroid".
