So heres the problem im having. I used to be a decent Yasuo. At one point i was on a hot streak with him so i decided to go and play ranked as him. I got counterpicked by a hiemerdinger and got very frustrated in that game. i went 8-13 in the loss .Ever since that point i haven't done good with him at all and its really getting on my nerves. Could somebody help me figure out why this is and/or how i could get back to how i was playing him before?

That should have been one of the easiest farm lanes in the world. What did you do, try to fight him while his turrets were up?
Honestly bro, if this is the case, then I think your problem is that you don't know how to evaluate threats properly. Can I assume that you try to use that gung-ho play style...all the time?
Just keep trying the guy. U will eventually get better (If you don't, then it's ur fault!!). i was at ur position as well but then i tried and tried him again and again then i learned a lot of new things such as

Here's my thinking. U R PROBABLY PLAYING TOO AGGRESSIVE with the guy.
Whenever i go against Himerdinger!!!! i never go in to kill him. i wait to kills his turrets OR ganks BUT u WILL need someone who is tanky and can do KNOCK UP ( j4, XIN THAO, etc) !!!!! that is very important because u need to ult Himerdinger when u get the chance and let ur JGer get the damage then replace it with you so both of you guys don't die! OR else it's just a waste of efforts!! But here is the most important thing when going against Hiemerdinger. you guys are gonna compete at farming. NO matter what he will get the farm because his pokes R GOD LIKE. you cannot do anything against his turret when they are up. So just turret hug and use wind wall to go in with ur MINIONS to Kill his turret only!!! do not rush to the little guy. he will kill you within matters of minutes!!!
The Only time i will go in as YASUO is that
-WHEN HIEMERDINGER IS SOLO (meaning that you can see his champions in the map and know for sure that he's only.) -When you have ur ult up and can tornado him!!!!! -You will need BLOODTHRISTER! AND MR and lots of it -DO NOT USE UR WINDWALL YET!!!!!! (YOU go in but wait till he use his ult like his big turret or so then you WIndwall!!!!!!!) IT IS A MUST or else you will just die after killing him!!! -Make sure there are enemy minons that you can dash around ( A need if he runs away or you need to get out if you r dying)

i have a 24 percent critical chance on my rune page and after i get shiv!!!!!!. i am god of ad when it comes to mid game n klate game. THIS IS Y I AM NOT SCARED TO GO ROAMING BECAUSE I HAVE 100 CRITICAL ALREADY AND CAN HELP GANKING!!!!!!

He is a champion that MUST BE STRONG during mid game and early game!!!! Late game HE IS TOO OP!!!! im serious because when i get this champ strong on mid and early game. i know i have late game already!!!!
