Unbalanced Teams

Going into games I now expect to be laning against Silver and occasionally Gold players (I am 700xp from 30). Typically this isn't that big of a deal for me. That is the level I'm playing at. The problem comes when my teammates are lvl 24, 25, 26 and so on (very rarely am I not the highest level on my team), and their lane opponents are high bronze (1 or 2) and high silver (and sometimes gold). No matter how hard I try to carry I can't against 3 or 4 players who are fed because my teammates didn't stand a chance.

I know odds are that at least one of the lanes on my team will lose. That's just the way the game works, but when both of my lanes (I main mid) are losing, and then my jungler tries to help them and ends up getting behind what am I supposed to do?

Not counting the 2 games I so far played today in my last 5 games I only won 2 of them. I didn't play particularly well in all of them (the 8/2 jayce I played well), but even if I had (except for the azir game) I still would have lost because my other lanes and jungler were not doing well because they were playing people way out of their league.

What do I do? I want to get to 30 and progress to ranked, but if I keep losing because of match ups like these I'm going to have no motivation to play because it's just going to be a terrible time.
