Assassin Mastery
Pretty easy to understand, but what is the range on it? How close does an ally need to be for you to lose the bonus 1.5%?

I think it is a good mastery for top, because it is an island after all.
assassin mastery is absurdly useless and completely outclassed by biscuit
lets say you do 130 pre resist and 100 afterwards, you do an additional 1.5 damage
but a biscuit will recover like 35 more hp, meaning you have to harass like over 2k damage per pot for it to be worth it
even late game if your burst is 2k damage, its only 30 more damage, but 1 biscuit already covers the difference
it is just bad early and not so great late
