AP Ezreal
I am getting tired of AD Ezreal, so I want to try out AP Ezreal. I have never played AP Ezreal before (except for when Runeglaive worked on him), so I have no idea what to build. Also should I use Barrier or Heal?

Well this is at least how I used to play it:
Skills: Start: Q Max: R -> W -> E -> Q Start Doran's BLADE Rush Lich Bane Pick: rabadons/Ludens Get: Rylai's or other def item, Morello, Void, Sorc shoes
If you want to run a defensive summoner I'd run barrier, but you could run ignite. AP Ezreal can deal enough damage and get close enough to justify taking it.
