Often times, when playing Bard I'll use my portal to quickly get out of base. On Blue Side, you can easily make a portal that will take you a bit farther then the inhib. On red side, you go as far as the end of the nexus.
Not gamechanging, but just an FYI to all Bard Players.

ShadowParker1 votesCan you post a video of you doing it on both sides? Because I've done it quite a few times and have never gotten it to be equal. And the map isn't entirely symmetrical. I remember there was a problem with Elise rappel a while back as well.

^ This post looked great until you said symmetrical...it is but Mirrored...therefore on Red side you are technically making a tunnel to your (Blue Side Top lane)
Go ahead and test this if you don't believe me....but If on blue side you portal towards bot you would go just as far if you tunneled top on RED.
Also since this seems like the place for the convo red side minions OP play a custom game go in and just let the minions fight. At about 5 mins you will have HUGE waves Crashing into towers on blue side.
