How to bind macros?

I want to know how to bind macros. Is it a third-party program or built-in mechanic? I've been starting to play Lee Sin a bit and I've found my biggest problem is my reflexes, especially with ward jumping. Its so hard to drop the ward and jump to it(sounds so lame and easy but when you get to it you're like "wuhh" xD), and I think a bind that let me automatically drop a ward and jump to it would be great.
