Katarina Q and R Bug Possible Fixes

Honestly, I think Riot should compile a list of possible temporary fixes for known bugs until they can permanently fix it, especially if they are not likely to have it fixed anytime soon.

That said, I want to point out that Katarina's Q and R Bug may be fixed simply by dying. Either to enemy team or minions or monsters.
