Yon, The Lotus Fox
Introduction I am an avid anime fan, particularly of the supernatural genre. Personally, I feel that league could use more champions that are similar to what you see in the anime. Ahri is a perfect example of what I hope to see more of. This champion was inspired by Ahri and of course, the anime I've watched. I hope you guys enjoy the concept. Whether you comment/feedback/etc. or not, I thank you for reading.
Champion Lore It was a peaceful day by the lotus blossoms in Ionia.
Unlike the other foxes, I preferred the serenity of the lotus blossoms above anything else. I've always felt this strange energy within me that tends to go wild at times causing weird things to happen around me. I couldn't explain it nor did I know how to deal with it. I wasn't afforded any degree of control over it until I stumbled upon some lotus blossoms and realized the peace of mind it granted me. Whenever I felt the energy within me well up, I would make quickly for the lotus blossoms.
In this way, I controlled this strange phenomenon of mine... that is until the storm came. It was an exceptionally powerful wind storm that suddenly appeared out of nowhere while I was napping by the lotus blossoms. Before I knew it, I was swept up into the sky and went unconscious almost as quickly as I was awoken.
When I awoke, I found myself in a strange land. The nature here was... twisted. Corrupted by some horrid power. It was dark and ominous. However, that was nothing compared to the foulness that was prevalent in this land. It was overpowering and I could feel it seeping into my very soul. Corrupting it... changing it as it did the life here. I was unsure of what to do or where to go for I was lost. It was then that I heard it. A horseman. He galloped proudly and excitedly towards me as if I had been the first sign of life he had seen in a long while. Keen as I was, I could sense the imminent danger racing towards me. I ran. I ran as fast as my four fox legs could take me. Fortunately, I was unusually large for a fox which afforded me greater strides.
I was able to escape and lose him in the darkness of the forest, but it wasn't long before other foul spirits found their way to me as well. I just kept running until I accidentally got myself cornered at the trunk of a relatively large tree. Just as the gluttonous entities were about to claim their prize, I felt the strange energy within me well up and spill out from every fiber of my being. Tendrils of blue energy shot out and ensnared my fearfully fleeing predators. As the ensnared entities were being pulled towards me, I could feel more energy well up inside me. Finally, my pursuers were absorbed completely leaving nothing behind. It was confusing, but one thing was definitely clear to me at that moment. I was no longer their prey. I was now the predator. If I was going to survive in this place, I had to hunt and I had to absorb the power of the others.
As I continued to absorb more entities, I noticed that I was able to change my form into the entity that I had absorbed the most, humans. My power grew as well. I still had no clue as to what this power was so I began to capture my prey and question them. However, it was futile. No one in this forsaken place knew what I carried inside me. That was when one of my prey mentioned of a group or a place known as the League of Legends. It was there in the fields of justice that I would find my answer.

Sapping Tendrils
Every basic attack saps away a small portion of the target's health and mana granting 2% of the damage done as health and mana to Yon. Every third consecutive attack on the same target will grant 10% of the damage done as health and mana and deal an extra 10/50/90 + (20/30/40%) of Yon's Total AP as bonus magic damage. Each attack must be within 3 seconds of each other.
Q: Tendril Lash (40/50/60/70/80 mana) (5 second CD) (Range: 525(Base attack Range))
On her next basic attack, a large tendril lashes out at the target dealing base damage + 20/35/50/65/80 + (15% AP) as magic damage. If this ability hits a target that is under the effects of Repulse or Tendril Grasp, this ability will hit twice with the second strike dealing half of the actual damage dealt of the first strike after reductions as true damage. This can apply on-hit effects and can trigger her passive.
The second strike does not trigger her passive in any way.
W: Repulse (50/60/70/80/90 mana) (11 second CD) (Range: 925)
Yon summons a very large tendril just below the target area after a 0.50 second delay knocking up those at the center for 0.75 seconds and slightly knocking back those at the edges dealing 70/105/140/175/210 + (40% AP) as magic damage. The area of effect is a 200 radius. The center area of effect is 50 radius.
E: Tendril Grasp (50/60/70/80/90 mana) (15 second CD) (Range: 950)
Yon sends out a long tendril that will root the first enemy hit for 0.75/1/1.25/1.50/1.75 seconds dealing 70/105/140/175/210 + (50% AP) as magic damage. If it hits a minion or monster, the tendril will extend to the nearest two minions or monsters within a 300 unit radius and deal half the effect and damage.
R: Ravenous Fury (100/125/150 mana) (120/100/80 second CD) (Range: 700)
Yon summons forth an immobile ball of tendrils that lashes out at nearby enemy champions within a 300 unit radius for 3/4/5 seconds at the target location. All units within the radius are slowed by 15%. The ball's attacks can trigger her passive separately from her own attacks on its own. Each tendril strike deals base attack damage + 20/60/100 + (10% AP) as magic damage. The tendrils attack at 150% or 1.5 times Yon's attack speed. The tendrils do not apply on hit effects.
Leveling this up also levels up her passive. While this can trigger her passive on its own, it does not grant the life and mana leech aspect of the passive. This is not a channeled ability and thus Yon may attack/move/cast spells as normal while this is active.
So this is my basic concept. I hope you enjoyed it.
