If you don't play ADC and you're forced to play against a Draven

Pick Teemo

boom

This is probably the worst matchup a Draven can have because literally 80% of his damage is lost because your blind makes it so he can't proc his Q, and you can harass him quite easily. In all ins you beat him, its just that you fall off really hard but this guide is only for the worst case scenario if you don't play any ADC.

I'd personally build him like a Kalista stacking lifesteal so you win duels 90% of the time item 3153>item 3072 >item 3085>item 3035 >item 3139 *Get Boots when you can preferably before Hurricane (Personally I get my boots late but if you need more kiting power than what you w can provide then get it before BT)

With Teemo ADC you have one of the hightest DPS level 1's in the game so pulling a Reginald and not dying is probably one of the most surefire ways you can win lane

A Reginald is when before minions spawn you go invisible right outside turret range and then once the enemy appears in lane and pushes then you and your support jump on them.

The best supports for this is those with strong level 1 hard cc like Braum, Morgana, and Thresh

Bad ones include Leona and Taric due to not having long CC time and being melee (Braum is an exception because you can proc his Stun for him and it deal additional magic damage)

Have you actually tried playing AD Teemo into Draven? I have. His blind doesn't last nearly long enough for him to win all-ins. Draven's E will prevent Teemo for attacking for a good portion of his blind duration, even longer with a CC heavy support. Draven proceeds to rolfstomp you in damage. That level 1 cheese is going to cost you hp in the form of minion aggro by the wave. Back before minions were a serious threat early, it might have worked, but now it's not recommended especially since a Draven that stops to leash can walk into lane with double axes and double axes Draven doesn't lose trades (with a competent support).

I don't know what you mean by Leona not having long CC time, she has a ranged-engage root and two stuns (one also ranged) built into her kit and a high damage passive assuming you and the ADC are weaving them.

If you don't play ADC and you're playing against a Draven lane, pick Caitlyn. Easily one of, if not the most forgiving ADC you can play. She has unconditionally long range from level 1, making her a safe poke champ. Two escapes. A long ranged execute for an ult so you can secure kills even if you leave the fight early. Thanks to the range, it's hard to effectively zone her from farm even if she's not hard winning lane. Her E also serves as a means to dodge his E and Ult.
