The title says it. 
I am saving up for Graves, and before I get to that point I'd like to know if he is worth saving up for.
I enjoy playing the ADC role, and I hear he is rather good at it. My interest has grown for him, so I had finally decided to start saving IP.
If you believe he is worth it, why? Or why not? Also any tips for being an ADC, or Graves would be appreciated.
He has a gaint gun, his kit is manly, he himself is manly, and he's a lot of fun to use. Lategame he's like you have an extra bruiser on the team on top of having an adc. He's one of the only marksmen that doesn't rely on their range to do damage - it's just a perk. On top of all of that he's really good right now, especially for all-in team comps.
Definitely get this guy imo. He's too good and fun to pass up right now.
Graves is one of the best ADCs in the game right now. a fed graves will almost never die. go for it bro
I say buying any champ is worth it because not only do you add a champ to your pool of champs, but you can learn how to use the character and how to counter him at the same time as you play and see what works and what doesnt

Oppressive laning, strong burst, strong early/mid game, falls off late game, decent mobility. But Pool Party Graves... Kreygasm

Advice: end the game early or you'll get outscaled, even by Caitlyn. He's the reason I play Sivir (the freelo mistress) now. Getting outscaled by enemy ADC hurts my feelings.
You should buy PD instead of Statikk because his E's cool down will reduce based on his auto attacks.
