Are my choices of champions vulnerable to any specific champions? Advice on choosing my mains?

I've been looking at the champions I wanted to main for each lane. I want to try to have only two champions if possible.

I came to ask for help an advice to make sure both champions I choose aren't demolished by a single pick that I would dread playing against each time.

Top: Riven, Zed (Maybe Garen) Mid: Ahri, Zed (maybe Annie) ADC: Graves, Vayne (maybe Tristana) Support: Annie, Nami (maybe Sona)

All champions I listed are the one I enjoy and was thinking to dedicate my time to learning. Of course, I do not plan to isolate myself from other champions or playstyles.

I also don't like the idea of choosing a champion just because it counters someone, but I want to be wary if my main picks are vulnerable to any specific champions so that I can better be aware of how to deal with them.

TOP: Riven is countered by Garen and Cho, might have a hard time vs. Vayne. Zed will have a difficult time if the enemy knows their stuff. MID: Zed is countered by Kayle and Lissandra. Ahri, by anyone who can dodge/keep up with your ult ADC: higher ranged champs like Caitlyn. High disengage supports like Janna Support: High disengage or poke supports

Yorick counters anything riven or zed would attempt to do from lvl 1 on. Try him and you will see this, god help you if he is running ignite. Cass is a good counter vs ahri and zed, but she isn't really picked and it's not a huge advantage in her favor until she gets her passive. So win your lane early.

Do you not jungle? Because you completely forgot it....But anyways, hard counters for Riven are Garen(but he sux), Pantheon(a monster when ahead), and Irelia(punishes you for poking. Zed is countered by Irelia(stuns, true damage, can gapclose more than once), Lissandra(CC), and Wukong(can deny your ult with stealth). LOL no one counters Ahri, expect nerfs coming soon. But seriously, she is hard to counter, unless the Ahri sux. Graves is countered by longer range(Caitlyn Tristana), Vayne countered by tanky supports or tanks in general. Supports aren't usually countered unless it is like how Janna, Morgana, and Nami TOTALLY counter ANY hard engage champ(Blitz, Thresh, Leona).

Zed wants to roam for kills once he gets ahead. Top lane is bad for roaming and most of the guys he will fight up there are fighters/tanks and it's tough to burst those down. I'd stick with Riven/Garen for top. In mid, I think you might need to have three options, adding in an APC with range. If your team isn't a pick comp, your assassin won't be useful because all the fights will be at objectives. Someone like Orianna/Syndra/Ziggs, for tower siege.

Vayne is an amazing ADC, along with Tristana. I don't know what the guy above was talking about re: tanks, because Vayne kills them 2nd best in the game behind Kog (imo). As an ADC your job is killing tanks and towers, Vayne's better for tanks and Tristana's better for towers.

Top: I dislike zed in the top lane, esp when you are against a tankier person who you will not be able to kill. Riven is strong, but nothing compared to what she used to be. You'll see fiora alot in the top lane now and that is a skill match up that leans in fiora's favor. Garen is a easy pick that many people underestimate, you can even try to make it afarm lane since you'll be unkillable late. Wukong is strong since he has a gap closer and even the champs that "counter" him are easy to play against (for the most part). Irelia is also a very solid all-around top. Her damage is innate which allows her freedom in her build.

Mid: Ahri is very easy to play against and shut down. Zed is a better mid laner right now (though i prefer ahri as far as play style) but if you do not understand your limits and make your opponent understand yours, you will die. Syndra and Ori are prolly the safest champs to learn mid tho.

ADC: You should have a hyper carry and a mid game carry that you can play. Also, always make sure you can play cait. She works almost all the time.

Support: Learn a hook champ (naut, thresh or blitz), an AP (karma, nami, annie, morg, or zrya) and learn an all in (leona, braum)

For ADC I suggest Ezreal, he is very fun to play and if you go with blue build you can kite people for days. For Top you should pick up a tanky champion like maokai who is very popular right now. Mid, Syndra and Ori are very safe champions with good wave clear. Support, Braum, Leona, and Thresh are good options.

Top Lane: Unconventional, but Taric in the top lane might be a bit issue for you. Tanks like Nasus, Maokai, Cho'gath, Malphite may also become an issue. Mid Lane: Don't have a good way to deal with Kayle or Lissandra. ADC: Weakness to early ranged bullies like Caitlyn.
