Most CONSISTENT Champions?

Recently I've decided that I needed to play champions that weren't so complex, relying on making super flashy players for success. I want champions, for each lane, that I can use to get consistent results that were more simple like Amumu, Caitlyn, Warwick, and maybe Annie. I'm fine if I leave laning phase with a score of 0/0/0 or maybe with an assist or kill. That being said, I don't mind having a good score with lots of kills but not if I feed a few kills along the way.

What champions fit this category?

DrMundo goes where he pleases. He's tanky, semi-binary (gotta land them cleavers), and has a really big impact. Also, with sunfire cape/titanic hydra, he's capable of dealing insane amount of damage in team fights while being tanky.

Diana Always stays the same. Never gets buffed. Never gets nerfed. Very good damage and tankiness and can get good results out of mid and jg.
