Why do the pre-game tips never say "Wards win games"?
You'd think that'd be an important one to put in. Too many idiots think wards are for "tryhards".

Wards don't win game. Nexuses win games.
You people are so silly sometimes. XD
"Because they don't."

Because knowing that people who are rude to team mates lose 13% more games is more important.
I've seen so many bronze player call support and they have no clue how to play the role. Never ward, and then wonder why they get ganked so much. I'll ask them when they complain...."where's your sighstsone?" to which I never get reply because they know I'm right. But yet these people think they are ready to play ranked when they can't even learn basic mechanics.
I've actually had that one before.
Yesterday the best one was "you cannot exceed a 40% CDR cap". We were loading into URF...
"Did you know? We installed a hack on to everyone's game. You can buy this hack at the item shop for 75 gold. We call it Ward."
"Ever get the feeling someone is watching you? It's probably true. Because the enemy bought a Ward and you didn't. Now you're dead. You just look silly now."
"Random numbers show that buying a Ward reduces your chance of feeding by 1028%."
"So this one time I bought a bike with my allowance money as a kid. Thought I was cool. Some other kid could only get a skateboard. So I'd go up and show off what I had. Little did I know that he had enough gold left over to buy a Ward. So he stuck it in my tires as I was moving. It didn't end up well. Moral of the story is Wards get you kills."
im diamond and ive never bought a ward in my life. So I guess because its not true. You win games by killing the nexus in any way possible.
wards won't kill the nexus
AD does
they wouldnt listen anyway :O
Because rito wants you to blindly run into an enemy nexus through four enemy turrets for 50 gold. Gotta get that Health Potion...
I'm trying to get into the habit of upgrading my trinket for every role in every game. I usually don't get around to it until lvl 11, but I do upgrade it by midgame when everyone is roaming all over the place. That and an early pink and green ward during early game, and I'm pretty much safe from ganks.
There are 100s of such things the tips could say. They don't. Bit of a waste really.
