Building Manamune on Gangplank?

I've been playing some ranked with Gangplank (I'm Gold 4 so it's slightly creditable) and my first item recently has always been Manamune. It provides good damage as well as all the mana you need. Afterward I build into a Black Cleaver and destroy everyone. Usually after I build these 2 items I decide if I want to go tanky or damage, if I want more damage I always go Tiamat because Hydras really good on him. Go Spirit or Randiuns if you wanna be tanky, either way you're going to be dealing damage.

Tell me what you think of the build

P.S. My runes are 9 attack marks, 5 seals of scaling health, 4 seals of armor, 6 CDR Glyphs, 3 Magic Resist Glyphs, 3 AD Quints. Masteries are 21/9/0

Also these are actually my new updated runes/masteries. In testing I had tankier runes and went 9/21/0 but I've decided to try more ad thinking it will be better.

I've tried Gangplank during the event (and this is as a Silver player) and the Manamune line seems to fit him really well for staying in lane. He charges it up unusually fast for a fighter since he wants to Parrrley so much, and the Tear and Manamune both almost negate the cost of doing so to farm.

Since he's such a bully and spell-spammer, I feel like Iceborn Gauntlet is a great fit for a second item since it gives so much mana and even more of the passive effect (10 more AD to be exact) along with a passive that encourages his natural spell>attack combos. I've even tried starting Doran's ring in a normal game and executing minions had essentially no cost.

I haven't tried Black Cleaver on him yet, but that sounds like a good fit on him. Have you considered going into the Utility tree in masteries for the mana regen?

The mana feels like overkill imo, since his barrels are free to cast and his Q has a mana refund built in (which restores 25 mana per unit killed without a cap, so if you are using your kegs to farm like you should, you actually gain mana in most situations).

It may work well, but it seems like it slows down his scaling which already takes a while to ramp up.
