What do you do as an ADC with this type of support? These games are rare, but are beyond frustrating. How do you handle it? Just deal with it? Give up? I mean, when this happens, I'll be lucky to come out of laning phase with 50+ cs and if I'm even luckier, a kill or assist.
Well, taking cs isn't necessarily trolling, but it really depends on the situation. If your support is being told/wants to build sightstone and is a few gold short, one or two minions won't hurt. As long as you know how Relic Shield works, then I won't have to explain that. And if you rage at the support for any petty reason (not accusing you, but just saying nonetheless), they have no reason to babysit the adc anymore and are more likely to take cs.
As for any other trolling behavior, that's just it. Do what you do to most trolls. Act like a solo laner (not every adc needs to duo lane, it's just optimal), lane swap with someone who has waveclear, or just plain roll with it. Just gotta do what you gotta do.

Well, technically speaking the support isn't OBLIGATED to let you have every CS. While it is highly recommended his and the meta is highly enforcing it. The supports job is to well, support. Heal,Peel,Shield,Give vision, etc. In no way are they REQUIRED to let you have the cs.
Also, most of the time the only way a support player will troll the adc is if the adc is a huge douche or if he was forced into the role after having a bad game. Then he'd just roam and fk everyone over.
That ones easy, they're support they do no damage, out last hit them.
if my support make more plays and champ to potential dmg carry she can have it .

If that doesn't work... Go to another lane or deal with it? Like, there's nothing you can do without negatively effecting another lane. If you leave, it's a 2v1 and you'd be taking CS from another lane.
