I like Taric because of his auras, his Shatter and Radiance. So I figured, why not go full aura?
Then you can sell if it goes on long enough, and get 
with the Captain enchantment, or 
And because Taric is all about gems, and "Radiance"- why not think of Uranium? Or Kryptonite lol. So, I think there should also be a "Radioactive Taric" skin. Can someone please make a concept?
You already have more than 40% CDR. Why would you build CDR boots?

Also, that looks like an awful lot of MR for someone who has armor scalings.
But look at his Shatter (W) Passive. Nearby Allies gain 12% of Taric's Armor. As someone who genuinely thinks Challenging Smite Cinderhulk Taric Top has a lot of potential (especially with the addition of the new 'Adaptive Armor' Mastery to the game), think about this build.

If you really need the MR, get instead of as your last item.
From those items alone (not taking into account Taric's Armor from Runes, Masteries and Base + Scaling Resistances), Allies gain 32 Armor. The active portion of Shatter (which is on a REALLY small Cooldown with 40% CDR + Taric's Passive) shreds 38.5 Armor with those items alone. (It's actually even higher than that because I didn't take into account the Armor Taric gets from Shatter while it's off Cooldown).

TL;DR - Taric's kit is more beneficial for his team if you focus on buying a whole heap of HP and Armor and Maxing out on CDR (I personally like to get FH + SV + 10% CDR from Runes and Masteries).
