He would look similar to Will Smith, the Thresh prince of Bel-Air
ummmmmmm ever read his lore? He was a prison warden who tourtered his prisoners and would flay and hang them. This eventually caused him to be hung and killed by the inmates, but because he was a such an evil being he was brought back as the "chain warden"......so maybe a fun Thresh Prince of the bot lane skin and not a "thresh in a flesh"
