I can try to spear him to death but he regenerates the health with his passive, then all-ins me when I'm out of mana. He rushes Spirit Visage and suddenly the spears start doing negative damage. If I try to use cougar form he silences me as soon as I pounce on him. I can't poke him down and I can't trade. How do you play this matchup as AP Nidalee?
you dont. you build AD vs garen. unelss of course you are willing to harass him enough to keep his passive inactive, which can be dangerous
when people think its hard to shove nasus outa lane, i laugh and show them Garen... just know that unless ur being too Ballsy and stupid, Garen has nothing on you
As a fan of high sustain/ safe champs this is whats I'm thinkig when the other laner is trying to hinder me "could you fuqing not? ur struggles are so meaningless lmao" as condescending as it sounds, its TRUE, the other person has already shoved the lane and making me lose cs,theres the lead,you just won lane,congrats there is NOTHING you can do to me past this, so quit trying its when they dont stop and do some stupid shit that gives me the opportunity to fight back and kill you and once that happens.. that cs lead you got from forcing me to farm under turret just vanished
Its not a very hard matchup for you at all, you have the range, the kiting and so on, he has no gap closers and no harrass but you wont kill him unless hes a dumbass, and he wont kill you unless you're a dumbass and you really dont have to trade with Garen, that is a big NO NO... cuz he can sustain your ass while you cant, he can afford to take damage when you cant
What you do is farm safely and freeze lane, harass him if you feel the need to do so, going for the kill however may turn out unfavorably for you it is much harder for any sustain champ if they are not resustaining themselves under the protection of a turret
