My CS always seems to be extremely sub par. im not noob farming im actually trying to last hit but im still missing a crapton of CS while my lane opponent isnt. Any tips to help me fix this or will this probably be something i can work out of my system?
A large part of learning to CS properly is becoming very familiar with an individual champion's auto-attack animation. Take me, for instance; I would be best at farming with Janna's autoattacks, just because I've played her so much that I know exactly when her damage will apply. If I were to try and farm with any other champion, I'd miss a large number of minions due to poor timing.
I would make sure you have the increased damage to minions in the masteries. I would also, make sure you're paying attention to the minion health. Use your abilities to kill groups of low health minions poke enemy champ Use the Stop Attack macro. you can also look it up on YouTube -> Orb Walking -> Side Stepping etc.

I recently decided to make a new account and level it up, i found playing the bot games without runes or masteries helped my cs a lot. You can also get the refer-a-friend bonuses to your main!
If you are in bots, practice with no masteries or runes and no item. once you get good at this, you will find it a lot easier when you have to deal with your lane opponent as well.
I lot of it just comes down to learning the lane mechanics. How to freeze, when to push, that kind of thing. ADC is one of the hardest because you have to deal with 2 lane opponents as well. Positioning, balancing harass and farm, skills, its actually all very complicated.
Work on your mechanics (animation cancelling, Stop command, attack move) in the bot games with no items until you can orb walk like a pro and not miss any (many?) minions. Then you will find you are a lot more comfortable when it comes to the real thing.
Um okay so I'm like the worst person to say this since I can't CS for shit, but I've been practicing too but basically all I've been doing is creating a custom game, go to lane, and all I do is farm. I farm for like ten minutes and then check how much I get. I just try to get as much as possible.
