How do you know when you're on tilt?

Everyone has a losing streak, unless you're me, who manages to go from B3, to B5. But I don't feel like I'm on tilt. I try to play safe. I try to get my farm, but then a whole bunch of minor stuff happens and then we lose.

the thing i see here in alot of lower elo's it may not be that ur on tilt but ur teammates are just try and pick super carries that will just stomp a game if left alone like jax riven in lower elos is really good ahri also not to be mean or anything but try and avoid support as much as u can in lower elos b/c u having to rely on someone else to carry u usually ends badly in lower elos

Losing several matches in a row doesn't necessarily mean you're tilting. If you flip a coin 10 times and 9 of them are heads, that doesn't mean the tails side has some disadvantage.

If you step back and look at your losses and don't feel you were performing worse than usual, you probably weren't. Just take a break (whether it's 10 minutes or a day or more) and forget you lost your last game.

You die too often. Stop dying that much. Dying is suboptimal most of the time.

Aim for 3 death per game and be aware that they are your own mistakes.
