How to deal with a poor team?

I am fairly new to League but one thing I just don't understand is how do you deal with poor teams? I can understand that others are new like me and may not grasps things as quick as I do but its like. Every game I play, I always get that one guy that thinks he is superman and will fight someone, die, come back and repeat several times over and complain to the team that they aren't helping. Reason they aren't helping is the guy is fed and they trying to push another lane to make up for it rather than go in and possibly die as well. Or I get that bad vital role like jungle or ADC that end up being free kills instead of active threats. I have had games where me being the tank on the team would have highest kills with no damage at all while the ADC would have like 1/20, or jungle trying to gank someone when they are at 10% hp and wonder why they die to the person they try to gank.

Again I can understand if someone is new but most of this is common sense. Moreso if the team is trying to help you and it goes ignored. I have lost count of how many times I would see the ADC or jungle or anyone really ignore when people tell them to back off since they are either low hp or doing something stupid and they do it anyways. Most the time the team isn't even rude about it til the person in question does it over and over and at that point you know they aren't listening so why even bother being nice when they ignore you or even curse you off.

So my question is how do people deal with this? I don't want to afk the game since I would be harming the team as well as I don't want bans or reports, but at same time, I don't want to waste my time in a fail game when its clear we got no chance. 1 person doing this is bad but not fatal, but when half your team does it then there is no return. Should I just suck it up and get to 30 and pray its better there or what? I feel i am at least a decent player but its just aggrivating getting lost after lost when while I do make mistakes and contribute to it from time to time since I am far from perfect, often I am doing my part in the game.
