How do people overall feel about S6?

I know I can go into insane detail(As I ended up doing anyways in this post...) about things that I feel shouldn't be in the game or things that have been beaten to death. So I am just going to say the biggest thing I felt was a big let down is the game just doesn't feel fun anymore.

I started late S4 early S5 and while there was kinks but there is always kinks, overall the game felt alive and fun, even with what a lot of people call the shitty tank meta of S5 I felt the game was balanced and fun. Back then tanks were tanks, not what they are now since people generally have to get some damage even as a tank now since tanky items overall have been messed up. Everyone builds Juggernaut now, like what true tanks exist anymore? Braum is more or less it. Rammus is a niche pick and he saw some popularity then got nerfed if I recall right, and Malph even though he is ENCOURAGED to go pure armor due to his passive, generally they will always go RoA + Abbysal. I mean the people that complain about tanks doing a million damage, while exaggerated isn't without truth though.

The game feels too snowbally in its whole, like it makes sense if a mid lane assassin gets ahead its hard to get back unless you are coordinated and even then, that can be countered if the enemy is coordinated and defends the assassin like it is their baby. But nowadays even a single kill is overall enough to get someone rolling, I lost count of how many times I could be up or down 2 or so kills and still be able to usually fight my laner or them me, now its like if I loss even once, that is more or less enough to basically have lost lane. While games haven't really changed time length wise since I still see vastly more 30+ minute games which is average, but it feels like games are usually determined before even 10 minutes, that just doesn't feel fun to me, even if I am the one stomping the enemy. How is it fun if I won 1 fight top lane, then had more farm/xp/gold and even items over them, and basically farm them, and even roam mid and make their mid utterly helpless?

Lastly game is still as toxic as ever and dynamic que is crap and I feel actually makes people even more toxic. I am not no angel because I know I can get toxic myself, but thankfully I can generally control it and never got too out of hand, but its just sad that you can't have a game without someone being an ass, I know I can mute and will probably start doing it again but it still is a shame that you have to since you have a high chance someone in your game is gonna make the game miserable. Dynamic que is basically trash, it doesn't really solve the problems that was claimed it did over Solo Q, Riot even admitted it basically failed horribly, but it is still in place. Feels dumb if I am almost always in a premade with someone, since they either aren't good and that is more than 1 person failing, or they stomp so hard that the game wasn't even fun. Not to mention the matchmaking for DQ is stupid as well, I don't do Ranked myself but I lot count of how many games I saw friends of mine that they are Silver>Gold but going against people as high as Plat>Diamond? How is that fair in any shape or form to be a mid Silver game but a Plat is in it? Or Gold V but going against a Plat I?

I already made this longer than I wanted but the point I wanted to make is the game just doesn't feel fun anymore, I remember playing 5-10 games a day before, now I do a game or 2 every few days to a week. I just played an ARAM for the first time since Hexa came back which was basically a week and didn't even really think much of it, when before I woulda died without League in that time.

So this brings me to 2 questions I want to ask to the people that are still reading.

2. Explain why? I am sure some people have good points why they like it while others surely have ones they don't like, just want to see others views.
