It is not about trying hard. Studies have shown that trying actually interferes with performing your best. See the books "The Inner Game of Tennis" by Gallwey, or "Effortless Mastery" by Werner for more.

One focuses on tennis (obviously) and the other focuses on musicianship, but the principle behind both is your mental game.

if you lose 2 games in a row, stop playing. Play a few normals or come back tomorrow. I'm going through your same struggle. I was gold 1 and now I'm silver 2. Huge loss streak.

Theres always room for improvement you just have to say that. especially at low gold people still have a hard time being consistent in their games. youre just going to have to improve every little detail of your gameplay. like master your champion pool know your strengths and weaknesses, best lane you can and other stuff like that, and an improvement in communication is always nice.

i know how you feel... i lost 12 games in a row dropped from gold 2 to gold 4 just don't give up that huge loss streak could turn into a huge win streak

Start off by not playing Zed... Never play a champion you can't win with excessively. Your loss on him is almost twice the wins, and the losses on him are about half your total loss.

what xLegendary Troll said is definitely a good practice. Do not continue to play if you get on a loss streak, you will probably continue losing due to your demoralized state. Cool down and try again later.
