Is it a sort of mentality thing where they think they have something to prove? Or do they do it on purpose?
And I'm not referring to the typical rager who does it on purpose. I mean the ones that keep trying to 1v4 when the enemy is around half health with baron buff or wandering into the enemy jungle alone. Not to ward. Just taking a stroll into Vayne and Fizz.
Why do they resist the win?
fdissht2 votesMany reasons 1)They believe they are better than the rank they are, so they decide to help themselves to try to carry themselves (farm, take blue buff as ashe, split push by themselves , etc) 2)They don't understand map awareness and single mindedly go for what they see (huge wave, enemy camps, etc) 3)They gave up on you and try to win the game themselves (because admit it, you've probably done some stpd sht)

I had one game were our Cait was doing really bad and the game was almost lost.So i decided to help our Xerath since he was doing well.Helping him when he was getting ganked.Just protect him.He got fed and basically carried us.At the end i felt bad for 5 secs cause our Cait was mad at me for abandoning her(she kept throwing me her net thingy).She was actually nice and polite but i just thought we had a better chance to win if i helped our best player.And maybe get the pressure off her.Besides it was Tb.

I was duoing on my smurf with a bronze 5 friend, was 11-0-1 in lane as zed, and a team fight broke out near dragon. and our top lane for some reason decided to TP top to clear a wave DURING the fight, and our ADC Lucian went to farm bot because "there was a huge wave", leaving me, and my duo jungler(granted he isn't very good), and the support in a 3v5.
The 3 of us died after i killed 3 of them, then the Lucian decided that "OOPS I should go clean up" and went 1v2 and for some reason died without killing either one......
it was a nightmare.
Chaos Open1 votesIt's not that complex, they are trying to redeem themselves. They think "well, I've died 5 times, but if I can just get a single kill I can redeem myself." Flawed as the logic is, it is part just being competitive and other part is how hard people come down on people who "feed." In most matches if you go 0/3/0 they say "report such-and-such for feeding" they after awhile you think "I might actually get in trouble."
But above all, lets be honest, it really doesn't feel good to get carried. You want to be a contribution to your team.

That is just poor map awareness, and you can't really blame a bronze 5 for not knowing what is going on. A big part of why B5s never place wards is because nobody is looking at their map anyway.
FHMarshy1 votesWelp, we were actually queued up with silver 5s....my smurf is currently silver 5 but has the MMR aroudn S1. So i was realyl surprised at the level of plays from silver 5 players

They never learn to be carried because they are told by diamond+ streamers that that will leave them stuck in bronze their whole life.

Sorry but its not their fault that they don't know the proper steps to take in order to win the game. Bronze is arguably the lowest level of league of legends gameplay so how can you expect to learn alot from your games if there are countless reasons you've lost your games? If players don't know what they did wrong, they can't understand their mistakes. Its not their fault that they seem like they "don't want to be carried" but rather, they don't know what do.
The Chin1 votesIt happens in gold as well. Had a game last night where our jg lee sin would go in on every Q, regardless of if he had backup, how many enemies there were, etc... None of that was taken into consideration. I think he died 19 times that game... I honestly don't even think he was trolling, he was just really really bad.

fdissht1 votesBe very good, if you assist and get kills alot, without dying and making minimal mistakes; players will have to respect you. Especially if they are doing bad themselves, talk in a respectful and suggestive manner, don't call them out on their mistakes, and they will respect you (most of the times).
A 2/5/3 adc isn't going to argue with a 7/1/5 apc unless you antagonize them Lay out a SENSIBLE plan, say hey drag is up in 30sec, we should group bot side to take/contest it. Listen to other player's suggestions and take them into consideration
