How do you play against Tahm Kench and Soraka?

Im sick of losing to these guys. Soraka seems to fall apart if you focus her, but its hard to find another person to help with that when you play bot lane

Soraka is the one support you would focus over the ADC, in both lane phase and teamfights. She is actually a worthy assassin target, because if you don't kill her first, you will never be killing any of her teammates.

The thing with Janna is, you just have to get THROUGH her. It's definitely not easy but that's what all the assassins will be working on, as with all other peel supports. Their priority will be "Get through Janna Braum Blitzcrank and feast on tasty ADC flesh behind". And IF they do get past the support, they've succeeded and you get a dead ADC. Their goal description is not "focus the support" but more of "get past the support".

With this Soraka ho though, whatever, she lets you get past her, she doesn't really have the tools for peel except for a very situational silence that can be annoying but can be walked out of. Regardless though, you'll still hitting an ADC that's regenerating like a DrMundo . I've gone HAM together with a Leona support landing all her cc, and STILL ended up losing the trade (they survived, and healed back up and we were at 1/4).

Soraka you fuckin kill and sidestep ALL of her q's and you're good. Tahm just cc when he has 3 stacks on you and you're good.

Tahm is a tank, and like all tanks in the bot lane, theyre weak to poke. However, Tahm is ESPECIALLY weak to it because unlike most every other tank bot( Leona Nautilus Alistar Blitzcrank Braum ) , he has no form of gap closer, or any way to imediately shut down an engage ( Taric ). Tahm has a ranged harass, but he has to stack it to eat the enemy, and he needs to walk up to the enemy to do that fully. Someone who can keep him away and deal ranged damage is best. There are a few things that you are forgetting in your assessment of Tahm.

Tahm is actually more resistant to pokes because of the passive on his e, while not being overwhelming at lvl 1, it does allow him to stay in lane longer than most tanks. Even when I'm trying to stand in front of my adc to soak up skill shots, I usually am at, or close to, 3/4 - full life when my adc has to retreat due to the few that went past me and hit them. So like Soraka, you have to focus the adc with pokes, you're just wasting your time, and mana, on Tahm.
Tahm has no way to immediately shut down an engage by disabling a enemy. A well aimed q can leave the ganking jungler crawling towards you like a bird on its belly. If that fails he can usually snap up his adc and run back out of the gank. With good timing/reflexes he can even snatch the adc out of a Blitzcrank grab, or spit the adc out as he himself is grabbed. The latter mostly ends up with a dead Kench, but the adc is spit out more than a flash distance ahead of where Tahm was grabbed as the flight range(for lack of a better term) of Tahm spitting a ally out is slightly larger than flash's range (6.50 Teemos to flash's 4.25 Teemos) which surpasses the halfway point on any number of walls.
Three stacks of Tahm's passive have more use than just making it possible for him to eat the enemy. They also make it possible for him to stun the person, highly useful if you're trying to take someone down with their health low, but you do not want to steal the kill.
Also I wouldn't put Soraka under the umbrella of "...keep him away and deal ranged damage...". The hit of her q is piddly and her e is easily sidestepped. She is more of a threat because she can have herself and her adc out sustain Tahm and his adc quite easily.
