usually when people pick shaco, i go nunu or shyvana. but it's just so damn hard to keep him in sight. my dumb ass team mates never buy pink wards. i buy pink ward, but you're only allowed one.
what is the most effective way to deal against a shaco jgler?
Invade level 1 and pop his boxes, his clear becomes weak and slow and requires a leashe. I main shaco and I find this annoying. Also, start red or blue buff directly instead of gromp or kruggs. Shaco doesn't use smite on his buff so he can smite yours.
pick a jungler that can either kill him 1v1 or at least escape (lee if available, the stealth-detect is just soo good vs shaco) - and then pray that your lanes play really save early on. If your lanes just overextend and feed shaco early there´s not much you can do at all. also best start red, as most shacos have the habbit of invading redbuff lvl 2 as the brush is just neat to set up boxes.
Ban Shaco, problem solved.
Get your lanes to stay passive, as Shaco if you can't get a kill early on it becomes insanely hard to catch back up because you waste a ton of time trying to get one instead of getting any exp/gold.
Get your laners to ward your jungle. He's really squishy and he tries to counter jungle he wont be able to take much since he doesn't have time for an entire box set up prep. Being close to smiteing a camp but risking dying gets annoying.
Play tanks that outscale him hard. Amumu/sej etc. people that have AoE cc.
Drop pink wards down the second you see him Q.
Honestly, I could go on for ages because idk how you struggle hard vs Shaco. Especially since not many people can play him properly. The only thing they know about him is that he can clear early camp fast.
lol i had a shaco invade me last time, i was shyvana. He poops ignite and stole my red but i got first blood and his boxes killed me after.
he then again tried to steal my blue but failed.
so, i went to proceed to ganking lanes since i know he was behind while trying to stop me farming.
i went on a legendary spree while he just ooomms from underfarmed and getting killed alot.
Start by knowing that he will invade you FOR SURE. Now that you know this if you can't pop his boxes with an invade just place a ward in the brush closest to the buff near the river, in this way you can see him coming and pop his Q and have enough time to call your team. If your team reacts at the call he's basically dead, shaco usually doesn't go with flash and Q has a kinda high CD to punish him. If your team doesn't just go away in the moment you see him coming, if he doesn't see you doing the buff he will probably try to do it by himself or just wait and waste time. If you prefer to stay safe i strongly suggest you to directly start from the buff (this is actually the best thing you can do) or better always start from the red buff so that he can't invade you with red at level 2. at 56 seconds he will be placing his first jack in the box often at his red. let your mid laner ward this at 1.11 he will feel uncomfertable and leave this buff unable to do the red than go straight for a gank mid wich seems very populair on him and give both him and his mid laner a huge lead if successfull
if hes not there chances r really big hes doing krugs than red or blue buff than your red so ward bush when your clearing it i prefere not to fight him here yet cause yet he is stil weak so am i so i much rather just take my buff and avoid meeting him here
whenever you see your team mates overextend ping them back cause shaco can just show up and kill them try and let them have the early game as save as possible if shaco falls behind hes basicly losing and he needs to make kills
also upgrading your sweeper is really usefull cause if he doesnt q over a wall you can see him with this and hes sort of screwed
You dont jungle.
You go to lanes and force the fucker to show his face then farm like a madman while he gets murdered by your 4/0 sion top that you've been camping.

First, calling your teammates dumbasses probably means you should be losing anyway, and I'm glad for that.
SECOND. play champions that can check brushes, like rengar and shyvana can use their range ability to check a brush. ALSO. buy normal wards and put them in the path ways entering your jungle and check the map constantly.
THIRD. I could go on all day alllllllllllllllllllll day, watch replays, tell you exactly what you need to change to improve, put it in word documents, excel sheets, teach you everything you need to improve, but I know from your attitude (atleast the attitude you've depicted here) you won't get better.
Deny his early counterjungling/ganks and watch him crumble.

Lee Sin is probably my most hated opponent when I play Shaco because of his ability to reveal stealthed champions, plus he's an insane duelist throughout the game (if you know how to tell which Shaco is the real one, at least).
I'd suggest switching up whichever buff you usually start on as your champion— this can majorly throw off an invading Shaco. He can't sit and wait to kill you at your red buff if you've already taken it, can he? If you can't afford to do that (ex: Fiddlesticks probably shouldn't try starting red), try to get your allies to work with you (pink wards, collapsing on Shaco when he goes into your jungle, etc.).
Make sure your allies know to hang back in the early game, otherwise they will get flanked and killed. Everyone that doesn't buy a pink ward should consider how much damage Shaco could do to them before they reach their towers— backing early will be necessary to prevent Shaco from unexpectedly popping up and doing just enough damage to finish them off (with or without his allied laner's help).
Have mid pink one entrance and you pink the other entrance on the middle lane side bushes near entrances of your jungle. Watch for early cheese ganks and rush your level 6. At level 6 start smashin lanes and snowballin lanes ahead before shaco snowballs.
