I know because I nearly forgot to change one time and wasn't sure if it had changed or not (you know how if you wait too long it will change to have the other page selected but won't actually CHANGE and you still have the other masteries ingame), checked my lolking and it said I had the right runes and masteries... got in game and I didn't.
Better to just check and see if she actually has some AP ya know.

doesn't really mean anything either, if you get the aforementioned bug where you change your stuff at the last second but it didn't count for in-game, when you get out your r&m will have changed to the correct stuff, I know because I go into the next match and its on the correct page now.

nope I can't even remember the last time I had it happen it was so long ago, I'm just trying to point out that the only thing sure to be correct is the ingame stats so look at the fucking ingame stats before you go off at people like a retard.

It is always set to the page you used last, if it is doing something else you have a bug w/ your client and should contact riot support because it doesn't happen to people in general.
because within the launcher client the page you selected IS the page you "used last" but because you selected it too late it had already locked in the last page into the game. It's rare but it does happen, usually if you change pages after the countdown finishes but before champ select closes - client will think you are using the page you changed to but game didn't get the memo that you changed.
