I would probably go with Titanic Hydra. Your W will apply the on-hit damage 2/3 times, you already have decent sustain in your Q, and it scales better with a defensive build.

Good question. Hydra will give you more in-battle sustain than Titanic but Titanic will give you more sustained damage because of Renekton's need for healthy items. So imho it comes down to the question of burst versus sustained damage. Hydra for the former and Titanic for the latter.

Depends. If you want lifesteal and early game damage, get Ravenous. If you want higher damage and late game scaling, go for titanic.

recently i've mostly been avoiding both of these on my renekton builds, but ravenous is still generally better because you can use the active +q to instaclear minion waves, or W+active to do something during your selfstun

Depends on whether you are going tanky or full damage.

I find Titanic is better mid-late game as the tanky stats stack well with items like sunfire/deadman's plate, black cleaver and spirit visage. You get lifesteal with ravenous and more damage, but die a lot faster in team fights.

It depends on the champ. Ravenous hydra works on most melee carries where titanic I only find viable on jungle reksai at the moment( It adds aoe dmg on top of aoe from Q).

It all depends on how you use the champion. It also depends on how you use the item in the game or in a bot game.
