Ranked poop

Alright, so i just got out of a match and i need abit of vent. I stopped playing ranked for about a month, Why? because this is what i saw most of the time.

1. People playing champions they dont know how to use but justify it with "it is Really strong right now"
2. Gold 3 players Duoing with Silver 5 players bringing people who are Fresh out of Bronze, into a Hard matchup game.
3. Afk. 4.( i only play this role) Alright so the first one is easy to fix, (DONT GO INTO RANKED WITHOUT GOOD KNOWLAGE OF YOUR ROLE AND CHAMPION POOL)

for number 2 an easy fix is.... simple... Do not let Gold Duo with Silver, and dont let Silver duo with bronze. Let them reach the light themselves or with their peers.

and for 3. Suspend them from ranked if the Leavebuster system catches them. "OH but i had an emergency" ok..... so go take care of it. Bu the time you resolve the problem (maybe 1 day or two) your suspension should be done :D unless it wasnt that important.

and 4. Here is a good trick summoners.... Learn atleaste 3 different champs for each role. Study the roles.... and get promoted Ez.... i have done this and i am always confidant in my abilities. but when your bot lane goes 1/6 each. 2/12 in total.... it is pretty hard.
