So, Kindred is Death, and Bard is Order, Is something coming? to the point that Beings that go throughout space and time in all things need to make themselves into Physical/spectral beings, What is coming? and what relation does Bard have with Kindred

Edit: Think of them as the 4 horseman of Runeterra? I expect 2 more Champions that Govern reality.

definitely an interesting possibility and i hope that's the case. perhaps kog'maw's "daddy" is coming. because iirc someone mentioned kogs father being extremely powerful or something.

I think it's more of Riot creating something to replace the IoW while expanding the lore. They like the idea of cosmic beings representing certain themes.

Well they are both some sort of spirits who wear masks and whose abilities encourage roaming,so I think they might belong to the same type of spirit.

Soraka might be such a spirit who took off her mask and thus became mortal

Jax could also be one cnsidering that he also wears a glowing mask

Well, since the OP spamed in many threads about this, i will post my own theory that connects Bard and Kindred:

http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/story-art/jVAXJ7yo-kindred-the-missing-link-between-soraka-and-bard

Kindred are a "Celestial Being" in charge of the death.

We know that Soraka and Bard are Celestials... but they dont look alike, however, if we compare them with Lamb and Wolf, we can see the similarities.

Soraka is a "fallen" Celestial Being, who lost the guidance of the stars after helping Warwick. She is a female and if we look at her body structure, her legs to be exact, we can see that she has "goat like" legs.

Lamb in other hand, according to my theory, is a Celestial Being that brings death. As Soraka, Lamb is a female with the legs of a lamb... the lambs are baby sheep, sheep and goats are both of the subfamily, Caprinae. The point is that Lamb and Soraka have similar legs.

Bard is a 100% Celestial Being in charge of the balance of the universes. He is a male and has no real physical body... however, he creates a body to interact with the worlds that he visits... The Body that he uses on Runeterra wears a mask, a beardlike thing that looks like wool, has strange legs and a weird horn.

If we compare him with Lamb and Wolf, we can notice that they also wear masks, Lamb has also strange legs, and like Wolf, his real body is... really abstract. Now, if we compare Bard with Soraka, we can also notice that they both have a horn and weird legs.

All those champs have, at least an slight similitude with the Caprinae.

.... but... where does the Wolf fits in all this?

Well, remember our friend Warwick? He used to be human until he drank an incomplete potion of Singed, after drinking the potion, he became a Werewolf. Why did he turned into a Werewolf? Well, it seems obvious that it was because the potion had the fang of a Balefire dire wolf... but... Why did Singed needed, aside from that, the Heart of a Celestial Being? Here is the answer: because inside the heart of the celestial beings, there is a Wolf waiting... Wolf IS the Heart of Lamb.

Leona the chosen of the sun and Diana the chosen of the moon. Both mortal conduits of these cosmic bodies.

Bard seems to be a cosmic being. If Bard and Kindred are aware of each other, with Kindred being life and death and Bard being Order...something is coming.

The shadow isles has its four horsemen. Thresh is famine because he pursues you until you break, just like hunger follows you until you die. Hecarim is war. Karthus is death. Mordekaiser is pestilence/conquest.

Perhaps Shaco is a cosmic being of chaos? Nocturne will most likely keep his nightmare theme.

If we needed a sin of wrath, I think Brand would fit the cosmic form of it until changed.

The everlasting hunters have arrived. The question remains, who are they planning to hunt? If the theory of them killing the Ruined King is true...actually that makes more sense than I previously thought.

The Ruined King became obsessed with life and death, seeking to break the boundaries of it. Kindred is the personification of life and death. The Ruined King was a threat, a threat that needed to be removed.

As much as I wanted a Mt. Targon lore event, I'm now pumped as hell for the Shadow Isles.

Kindred is Life & Death (with Karthus being just Death), Bard/Soraka are Order, Zilean (and Ekko) are Time... Kassadin/Malz are Space? I guess? Balance - the Kinkou (Shen, Akali, Kennen)

What else would be missing? Chaos (Shaco, Aatrox)? We already have Luck/Chance (TF), Light (Lux) and Dark (Nocturne)/Shadow (Zed), Good (Garen) and Evil (Singed).

-edit- Idk if the 7 sins really fit with what we're looking for but hey whatever xD Wrath... Sion, Tryndamere, Olaf Greed... TF, Syndra/Veigar (Greed for power) Sloth... Nunu - 'cuz Willump does all the work, Nunu just throws snowballs Lust... Evelynn, I guess? Envy... Amumu, definitely Amumu. Gluttony... Tahm Kench, Cho'Gath, Willump (Nunu's Yeti)

Not to mention Aatrox embodies strife and chaos.

Perhaps we now await the one who governs life.

One thing I noticed from their VO is that they seem to have a bunch of lines for Bard specifically:

"Pop the balloon!" Wolf. Great sense of humor on that guy! "We know your name child, woven across countless almost lives." Lamb "Rushing to meet us again I see?" Lamb "Have we met before?" Wolf "His song sounds good!" Wolf "The singer mistakes melody for substance." Lamb "Long have we shadowed your deeds." Lamb "Turn and face us now!" Wolf

I dunno if they're all for Bard but they seem to be from my standpoint. "His song", "Pop the balloon!"? Seem appropriate for our resident Bard. If these are directed at him, it implies a few things concerning their relationship:

  • They've encountered each other at least once before, and at least in a passing way.
  • Kindred really doesn't approve of Bard's actions.
  • Kindred knows the extent to which Bard has kept Runeterra, and potentially other worlds safe.

But why? I'd say it's because Bard intervenes in the natural way of things; Kindred has expressed that they don't like people who run from death, in Lamb's own words: "Those who run from death stood still in life.", and Bard is someone who has managed to save people from certain doom presumably countless times throughout history, both directly and indirectly. Bard is responsible for thousands of lives existing in the present day that wouldn't exist otherwise, throwing the natural course of life and death off. He's delayed the inevitable demise millions of people, and has done so for thousands of years. I don't know about you guys, but if I was even just one half of Kindred I'd be pretty upset about that!

EDIT: Scratch that, it's probably Karthus she's taunting for most of those, which makes sense too; he steals people from life and death, bringing them to undeath.
