How would you rate the new Trist?

shes pretty good right now. I'd say top tier ADC right next to kallista. Her single target burst is insane and he has a pretty decent mid game. Shes very good in small fights like 1v1s. I cant consider her OP unless her winrate is like 60%

Okay, so don't worry if you lose laning phase. You can always make a comeback in the game through teamfights/objectives. Generally when you're behind, you want to prioritize passive farming. Avoid engaging on any disadvantageous fights or dying in general. Depending on what adc you pick, you can decide to group up with your team to fight with them instead of passive farming. If you picked a strong early-mid game adc like graves/corki/lucian, you want to group up with your team because your dmg is still relevant. If you picked an ADC like vayne/twitch, you need to prioritize farm so you can get items right away. Certain adcs depend on getting items to deal dmg more than others. If you're extremely far behind, csing is even more important. This is something you learn with experience from playing alot of games.

Every adc is good with atk speed runes. I consider atk speed quints to be the current meta runes for atks. I'm current testing out running more attack speed for runes on ADCs like vayne/twitch that depend on getting more autoattacks on the enemy to deal decent dmg My current standard ADC rune page is: 9x flat AD marks 9x flat ARMOR seals 7x flat MR + 2x flat atk speed glyphs 3x flat atk speed quints

Corki and graves are both very good adcs in the current meta. Their mid game is incredibly strong right now.
