I found the counter to mobility creep!
! This guy is the definition of anti mobility. If he gets his hands on you, good luck moving within 5 minutes. He has major problems clearing early game, but he has enough lockdown to make even a
cry.

if i can get my hands on anyone with any champ, they die the problem is getting my hands on anyone ;l
Nautilus has his ult and his q. He can easily get his hands on anybody.
Side step his relatively slow Q or simply flash out of the Q or his range if he gets near and he can no longer touch Kalista and many other champs. Any champ with an instant dash can completely nullify his potential if they can get over a wall with it. Zhongya is another option. Even if he gets on you it is pretty easy to escape if you have a dash on command unless the rest of his team locks you down or deletes you due to his weak snare and slow both of which don't lock anyone down very well in the first place. If he can manage to get in range off someone else's CC then he has the potential to completely lock even Kalista, again, assuming they don't simpliy go over a wall where he can't follow without flash and his skills won't help him in said situation. Last, if the champ has a on demand dash AND Banshee's Veil it will completely negate ANY chance of Nautilus capturing the target unless the enemy somehow screws up and drops the soap.

jump on your wimpy little ass for daring to enter the jungle with such a weak escapeless duelist.
I love Nautilus so much. It's nearly impossible to escape once you get in his range. He's also incredibly fun to play, I recently started messing around with builds on him, things like 
give him decent stats. The only problem is if you miss your Q or get outkited before you can land your CC.
However, getting your ult off on an escaping enemy and locking them down is such a great feeling
One of the plus sides is you can build ANYTHING on him and it works.
