So far iv really looked at Voli and Maokai but, I feel Maokai brings more cc which is I feel is alot better. I usually play mid but, sometimes I get stuck playing top and or jg so just looking for an easy champ that I can play for those roles.
Cho'Gath is pretty good. His laning phase is braindead, but his only problem is that lategame you have to land your Q's or else the enemy is just gonna run circles around you.

In general, I will suggest any champion that's team fight oriented, utility top laner, if what you want is easy champion.
Malphite Sion
Both of these champions are easy and utility-based champion, you should run teleport with them. They both have very good gank potential: if you can't win your lane, just gank other lanes.
Malphite is mana reliant, and I would suggest you to have 1 or 2 doran rings.
Sion is a bit more difficult to in my opinion, but his hp can scale infinitely like Nasus. You can also take enemy jungle camp easily at level 1 (your passive).
Amumu is one of the best tanks. Game-changing ult for teamfights, good ganks, extremely tanky yet can do a good amount of damage at the same time, can shred other tanks. But he's limited to jungle, and rarely support.
Sej and malph are easy to play. As someone called amumu the best tank i disagree. Low elo he may be strong merely cause low elo no one knows what early game pressure is. Amumu does very little in ganks his Q is more then easily dodged he is mainly just for teamfights and junglers need early game pressure. Malph has no early game pressure either. However sej does
Malphite is a good easy one i play maokai and love it hes fun and i highly recommend him hes super fun
You need to ward though because he is gank-bait and people like to camp him for whatever reason.

the rock. He is super easy and can pretty much be played anywhere but adc. His passive makes playing him very forgiving since it gives a scaling sheild. His q slows the enemy and STEALS their movement speed(meaning if they go fast, you will always go faster), his w gives bonus armor and when activated It becomes an ad steroroid. His e does aoe dmg around him and SLOWS their attack speed. And his ult is game changing... it goes over walls, knocks people up in a large area, and does shit loads of base damage, I've stolen many dragons and barons with it. AND the best thing about the rock? He is cheap.
