Wheres Talons buff Riot

Its that high because those few who play Talon they actually love him. they dont play him because he is Flavor of the month. when i see a talon player i know that he knows how to play him. Thats why he was unpopular. he is a bad champ in general because of no escapes. so people who want to win play zed/fizz/leblanc/kassadin... all the safe picks. those who pick Talon pick him because they like him. not because of his 1 second silence -_- he always had that silence. noone complained. but now that all other silences were removed from HIGHLY MOBILE ASSASSINS he became flavor of the month. and Talon is not a HIGH MOBILE ASSASSIN. He is the only assassin with only one gap closer. what kind of assassin survives with only one gap closer? how whould a zed do if he didnt have his W but only his ult to go in? the moment the enemy dashed away he whould become useless for the rest of the fight. BUT HE HAS HIS W. Talon has nothing. without the silence he IS useless. That winrate you saw is gonna fall extremely fast. Kassadin and leblanc didnt NEED silence. they go in and if something goes bad the go back out. Talon cant back out. so he needs the silence to stick to his target. and that 0.25 seconds slow wont make him stick to his target. he is not a kassadin to chase people or a zed. RIOT doesnt want silence? then they should rework him so that he doesnt need one. make him have more mobility like zed leblanc fizz and kassadin and then everything will be fine. But they dont care. they dont even play Talon. if they did i whouldnt have to say all these things. they whouldnt just remove silence and leave him like that. they whould have made a rework. But they didnt. they dont know shit about the champion they themselves made. they added a slow just to buff his Q damage when he lands on them. they dont know that when Talon blinks to someone he first auto and THEN he Qs. But you cant do that in 0.25 seconds. the only think that is gonna get the 10% amp from his passive is the first auto. so its a nerf not a buff. because auto + Q does more damage than Q with slow applied. but if you try to do auto+q without the silence the enemy will just blink/dash away. same thing they did with the fix that made his E to blink to the far side of the target making W to hit easier. they thought thats a buff? its a nerf. if the enemy walks towards him and you E to do the auto+Q you only gonna land auto and Talon will try to chase to hit his Q because the target will be too far away. they dont know shit about talon. and also the fact that since release his E was bugged and didnt amplify his damage AT ALL? and they fixed it 1 YEAR LATER. they didnt know he was bugged until one year later???????
