If a gank force feeds you a free lane, take it and run with it. Snowball your lead. Do not derp around. It is not sufficient that you succeed, especially against enemies like 
. The enemy must absolutely fail. How do you snowball your lead?

Push a large wave to tower, then do not hit tower. Just back or, if you are aggressive, start proxy farming and then back. That denies the maximum amount of CS to the enemy.

Alternatively, if you are not so far ahead and the wave is near you, freeze it and zone the enemy out.

The above apply for side lanes. For mid, you need to shove then roam and help gank other lanes, transferring your advantage to other lanes.

If you are in any danger whatsoever, just disengage. Do not stay near tower for 30 seconds doing nothing because you are low, then die to a dive. Giving away shutdown gold is the #1 way to lose games. Do NOT give away shutdown gold.

Listen to the person who is making the plays. Do not deviate from their calls, especially if they have been right before and have resulted in either that person or other persons being fed. It is always better that a team follows a single unified shot caller than everyone doing their own thing and getting picked off. 5 going to engage a bad baron fight, all dying and taking out 3 of the enemy, but stopping the enemy baron, is better than cowering in base or getting picked off going to ward, and then losing baron + your life + an inhib to baron'ed up minions. League is not a democracy. It is a tribe. Tribal warriors always recognize the dominant warlord, and listen to him.
