Should i get LeBlanc

Leblanc comes with Burst and Mobility however that Burst and Mobility comes at the cost of the leblanc herself though.

Champions with skills that can penetrate through units (i.e orianna, ahri, lissandra) can easily trade leblanc, sort of the equivalent of leblanc's own damage until during level 6. But even when Leblanc is at level 6 she has the obvious movements of trying to land her Q and then her mimic Q and her combo, therefore she can be impeded during her combo.

She can also be mana hungry and the only farming "tool" you'll be using the most would be Distortion (W), but even then that skill is only good when minions are below the health of Distortions damage or once you get both Distortion and Mimic Distortion.

Of course though, when played correctly, you can harass while taking minimum damage from harassment.

Leblanc is a great champ once u learn her, though she can be hard to cs with and her combos can be hard to land at first, I main the bitch, and after having played loads of games with her, I have refined my skill with her. The most important thing is to harass as soo as u hit lvl2, with q w combo. U simply are a bully in lane, and so you just have to hit them constantly whenever your w is off cooldown, and at 6 try to all in and get the kill, if you haven't already that is. She can be mana hungry, so I usually build morrelos first, and try to get blue from my jungler.

Your success is ultimately dependent on how fast u can land combos, if you can qw, then w back before the enemy can even react, u will land it 99.9% of the time, and absolutely destroy ur opponent, without taking much damage, and even against champions like fizz with his e, you can still render that ability useless if you play right.

To answer the question, I'd say yes, she is only 3150 ip, so even if she doesn't work out for u, it's not much ip to lose
