Just want to know the best burst assassins. Leaving Akali out as i don't like her. Also, i want to know if you can burst with Zed. The best burst assassin is...

In my opinion the best burst assassin is and always will be Talon.
He deletes champions so quickly that there's virtually zero counter play.
For single target, Talon. For multiple targets, Kat.
Burst is somewhat AOE but a reliable kind of AOE.
Burst is single target but very hard to react to.
AOE burst but if you ult 5 meters away from the enemy you are useless.
Like LeBlanc but even less AOE.
Use your ultimate and jump on those carries when the fight begins.
Can burst but is reliant on mechanics and positioning but not the best to burst because of the cooldown on his ult and shadow.
Hmm...Pantheon when the target is low health.
Leblanc I guess in general?

I always see as one of the best burst assassin. Her ridiculous mobility is crazy and she can deal tons of damage. I'm always banning her because she can roam quickly and can assassinate a back line from a huge distance if played right. Doesn't mean she's the end all be all assassin but I certainly see her as one of the strongest.

Is it a burst similar to the one-shot Khazix, Rengar or even Leblanc? Nope. Its more of a combo but since it deals a lot of damage (to mages) you can consider it a burst

While the enemy is about to last hit a minion and is in your shadow's radius..
WEQW(AA) is your strongest Zed "burst"
Basically you throw a shadow that does an E with double shuriken then quickly teleport to the shadow and auto the enemy (this all happens really quickly so you can think of it as a "burst")
If you have an ignite, then you can deal a killing blow that way

Another Zed burst would be his Death Mark (+ a bunch of ability spam, ignite, botrk, etc) but since his Death Mark takes 3 seconds to kill, its a personal choice whether you consider that a burst or not (ie. 1 second before Death Mark procs: spam all ability at target etc).
As for the best burst assasin:
and/or for pretty obvious reasons
*Rengar can usually delete faster in late game than Khazix (when Rengar gets that sexy 70% or whatever full AD crit build)
*Khazix can usually delete faster than Rengar in mid game (when Khazix evolves his Q and start to seek out isolated targets)
Now, Khazix can still delete people in late game but not as much as rengar because usually in late game you won't find many isolated targets and because Rengar's full crit build in late game is better than a full standard khazix build
rengar very simple you burst people out of stealth in less then a second
