Which Champion?

Hey everyone. I am level 22 in League of Legends and i pretty much dominate every match I play for some odd reason. I main in the mid lane and i mainly have burst champions. I am looking to get Katarina or LeBlanc. I mainly play Brand, Yasuo and Cassiopeia. I know that not all 3 are burst but they can kill fast. I really like these 3 champions and im looking to get a fourth who i will play all the time. I am not sure which champion to get out of Katarina or LeBlanc.

Reasons i like Katarina: I really love her ult although CC will totally counter it. The ult can hit 3 enemies and is very devastating. I like the idea of her being a burst mage. I love her cooldown reset after a kill or assist and can lead to many pentas and kill streaks. I have played against a fed kat and that is the most annoying thing to deal with.

Reasons i like LeBlanc: Her burst damage potential might be more then Katarina's. Her damage output is insane when fed and in one of the LCS matches, UOL had a fed LeBlanc and totally dominated to the win. Her escape potential is insane and her jukes can just annoy opponents to the death.

Overall i love both, but i want only one.

Any recommendations and tips on who i should get?

Katarina has a weaker laning phase than the champions you already play(though your opponents may not know how to abuse it) and relies more on snowballing off of side lanes or skirmishes than winning lane, so Lb might be the better choice for that reason.

Katarina scales better. She needs items to be good. LeBlanc falls off late game especially once they start building a banshee veil. LeBlanc is oppressive to lane against for people unaware of what they are doing.
