What to do during laning phase as ADC?

Aight, I'm trying to post this thread and see if my thread gets cut off mid-sentence or not :<

So well I am better at support than ADC, so I would like to know besides trading and farming, what do you do as an ADC?

I start off by pushing level 2 advantage and go ham (by myself because my support doesn't know what is level 2 advantage) if I hit lv2 first. I play mainly Graves now and after hitting level 2 (first) I throw my Q to enemy bot lane and auto enemy ADC. They will back off after that and I continue to farm freely without worries.

At 3:30, I usually ward the tribrush/the brush near red side in case the jungler comes in for a gank. Sometimes my support does that for me so I don't have to worry. I will be more cautious if the enemy jungler is a strong early champion like j4, lee. But if it's Warwick, fk it lol. I do what I please.

Then, if my jungler comes for a gank and one or two of the bot laners have died, I will call dragon but I will ward behind dragon pit just in case they manage to steal the dragon.

If I am ahead in lane or I have destroyed a tower or I have won lane, I will rotate mid with my support to apply pressure mid lane, possibly taking a tower. I will only do that if the enemy bot laners are freezing the lane for whatever reason and the lane is pushed.

After that...................... I don't really know what to do, I just follow up on my support if he lands a CC or just farm and trade.

What should I do during laning phase besides ward, dragon, farm, trade? People say, "if ur ahead in lane in solo q u shud just grp because thats rly effective in solo q, they dunno how to react immediately". Is that true?

Thanks...

in solo Q, get objectives and pressure. you can group or go solo, as long as you don't over extend or get caught. I like to push bot quite a bit myself, until they start sending 3 vs me and my support, or sometimes just me. I then back off either to hold tower if they keep pushing or rotate mid. if mid is too well defended also, then top. if all lanes are a bit strong and you can't solo and your team isn't working together, then just keep farming.

get drags, towers and baron if it's free to do so.

What I prefer to do is get a little advantage then just milking that to no end. Getting in the early lvl 2 burst is nice but after you do that try to zone out the other team. Take your time getting your tower if you are dominating the other team in lane keep that tower around as long as possible and just keep feeding creeps into it, or freeze the lane and dont let the other adc/support play the game at all.

Play aggressive if you have the champ for it (Caitlyn, Graves, Sona, Janna, Soraka)

Play counter aggression if you can't be aggressive (make sure you're returning as much damage as possible whenever you get harassed)

Know your item timings and when you can or should recall. Sometimes it's better to recall and buy a pickaxe than stick around waiting for your BF.

Learn wave control. Learn how and when to freeze the lane, learn how to shove properly to reset the wave, learn how to cooperate with your support to deny CS.

Learn positioning. Position relative to your support.

Just farm as much as possible before laning phase ends, and only go in for trades you know you can win. If you push your enemy ADC out of lane, whether you get a kill or not, back and buy items. Even just a single longsword/dorans blade can make a world of difference, because even if you're 2/0 at level 5, if your enemy comes back with a pickaxe and pots, and all you have is a dorans blade, you're gonna lose your next trade. And while that example is specific for early game, it holds true through everything. If you have gold, back and buy. The only time you should ever have more than 1200 gold is if you're saving for a BF sword.
