What comes after you drop the first outside turret?

I have been in many games that break down after the laning phase. We are successful on bot lane and we take the first tower and we take dragon and blue. Mid lane wins and Top stagnates like most games. It seems like after that the game starts to fall apart. We stagnate trying to break threw mid and bot wants to come help mid so bot doesn't take their second tower until later... like after the first top turret falls.

What is the breakdown? Can anyone help me motivate my team with a streamline plan for what to do after success?

When are you taking the tower? If you take it too early, you're going to end up either pushing when you should still be farming, leading to free kills for the enemy... or you're going to end up roaming into other lanes and taking up CS that someone else needs. In both of these situations, you're stalling your mid game power and will never reach your late game potential.

It always blows my mind when my team mates have under 100 CS and lose in a 4v3 in the enemy's side of the map.. yet it's my fault because I was farming my lane and keeping the enemy in my lane from getting free farm.. meanwhile enemy top is alone and farming the lane to themselves while my 4 team mates wait to revive and enemy jungler/adc/support takes dragon.

If you rotate fast enough (dragon>go b> buy>reutrn mid), the enemy bot is usually stil ldown there trying to take bot tower/farm. That should net you a mid kill or mid tower (maybe even second mid turret) unless the enemy mid laner has a great waveclear.

If there are 4 mid vrsing 1 or even 2, especially after level 6, there should be almost no excuse of not getting a tower (especially since you said mid AND bot wins).

After that get deep wards in the enemy jungle, make picks, force objective, and make it so they can't farm lanes.
