If I get Blade Weaving on Lulu, Aatrox, Azir, Caitlyn, etc., will it affect them?

Lulu's passive, Aatrox's Blood Price, Azir's soldier AA's, Caitlyn's passive crit, and other things like Gangplank's passive hit, Bard's meeps, Braum's stun, Cho'gaths spikes, Diana's passive, etc.?

I specifically want to know about Lulu's passive and Aatrox's Blood price, the rest aren't very significant to me as I don't play them but, yeah.

Edit: Extra question, do things like that proc Spellblade, and is it immediate or the next hit?

I'm having issues understanding what you are asking, but ill try to explain how this works. When lulu autos, the game will apply the blade weaving buff once the projectile from her auto hits. Since the system in game does the math of how much damage you do once the projectiles/abilities hit you, not when they are fired or set off, it means that the damage for her passive can be amplified by the percentage that blade weaving would give lulu.

Lulu's passive will not apply spell weaving simply because it is not a spell. If one were to read carefully into the different types of damage in game, There is a difference between magic damage, and spell damage. This means that spell vamp will also not interact with Lulu's passive as well, because it is magic damage.
